
Green Business School, Green University of Bangladesh, successfully organized a virtual seminar titled “Leadership and Personal Branding for Operational Excellence” on April 29, 2026, bringing together students, professionals, and academic leaders to explore the importance of leadership skills and personal branding in achieving operational excellence.
The seminar highlighted how effective leadership and strong personal branding can enhance professional growth and organizational performance in today’s competitive environment. The event featured an engaging session by the Keynote Speaker, Mr. Uttam Roy, Manager (HR & Admin), S M Group of Companies Limited, who shared practical insights on leadership development, personal branding strategies, and real-world applications in corporate settings. He is also a former President of Prothom Alo Bondhushava and an alumnus of Green University of Bangladesh.


The program was graced by Chief Guest Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Dean, Green Business School & Faculty of Law, and Special Guest Dr. Mohammad Delwar Hussain, Associate Professor and Chairperson, Department of Business Administration. Mr. Mohammad Abdullah Al Mamun, Faculty of Green Business School and Director, Center for Continuing Education, Green University of Bangladesh, chaired the seminar. They emphasized the significance of leadership excellence and continuous personal development for future business leaders.
