
On 28 November 2025, Justice Ahmed Sohel of the Honorable Supreme Court of Bangladesh joined the concluding ceremony of the two-day ITD Conference as the chief guest through an online platform. He said that such international research dialogues will play an important role in making Bangladesh’s higher education system more modern, effective, and internationally standard. He expressed hope that this knowledge-exchange platform will further strengthen Green University and the country’s legal sector through contemporary analysis, research-oriented opinions, and innovative perspectives.
Vice Chancellor of Green University, Professor Dr. Mohammad Sharif Uddin, congratulated the Green Business School and the Department of Law for successfully organizing the event and extended his best wishes for ITD 2026.
In his speech as special guest, Pro-Vice Chancellor Dr. Khaja Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed said that online international conferences are creating a unique opportunity for young researchers to engage in global research practices.
At the end of the ceremony, the Convener of ITD 2025 and Dean of the Green Business School and Faculty of Law, Professor Dr. Mohammad Tarek Aziz, expressed his gratitude to everyone. He thanked the international speakers, participants, and the volunteer team, and formally announced the conclusion of the conference.

The 1st day of conference saw researchers, academicians and prospective students showcase their research topics in from of seasoned session chairs across different themes related to the conference. At the inaugural ceremony of the International Conference on Innovation and Transformation for Development (ITD) 2025 was held on Thursday at the permanent campus of Green University, speakers expressed these views.
Researchers from the United States, the United Kingdom, Japan, Malaysia, and India, along with Bangladesh, are participating in the ITD 2025 conference.
The chief guest at the opening ceremony was Professor Dr. Mohammad Sharif Uddin, Vice-Chancellor of Green University. The special guest was Professor Dr. Naqeeb Mohammad Nasrullah, Vice-Chancellor of the Islamic University, Kushtia.

Professor Dr. Naqeeb Mohammad Nasrullah said, “Integrating environment, society, and governance is extremely important for emerging economies. I believe the research and discussions presented at this conference will positively influence future policy, education, and business decisions.”
With the aim of building an intellectually enriched generation through research and innovation, the ITD conference began its journey in 2021. The research papers submitted to the conference will later be published in various Scopus-indexed journals. As in previous years, the best selected research papers will also be awarded
