
The 6th edition of Hult Battle of the Hult Prize was organized at Green University Bangladesh, Rupganj, Narayanganj on the 16th February, 2026, Monday. This international business plan competition aims at fostering student driven and student led ideas that create meaningful impact on the environment, society and governance. the theme of this years Hult Battle -06 was “Unlimited” which revolved mainly around boundless innovation, SDG alignment and target impact. Keeping the theme intact students are provoked to exercise their business acumen in alignment with sustainable solutions.
Green University has organized the Hult Prize business competition from 2019, the Grand Finale of this edition was held at the Multipurpose Hall of Green University surrounded by the serene beauty of its’s permanent campus. The honorable judges for this year’s grand finale boasted of industry experts from RMG, Media and Financial services. The judges of the grand finale were Mr. Sumon Kante Singha BSP, Chief Human Resources Officer, Fakir Group, Mr. Sadman Muntasir Key Account Manager, Australian Insurance service Alliance & Mr. Yasir Arafat Hridoy, Executive, Advertisement & Business Development Prothom Alo. The finalists presented their impactful ideas amidst careful and rigorous evaluation from the judges.
The finalists were selected from phase wise selection process through extensive scrutiny and methodical evaluation. Initially 39 impactful ideas were submitted in the primary submission, which was shortlisted to 19 through expert evaluators. The final 6 ideas were selected from the 19 ideas through judging the maximum impact quotient that each ideas conveyed and alignment with this year’s theme.

The winners of the Hult battle-06 was team “Triple Impact”, their winning idea was turning plastic waste into value and earning green coins which incentivizes the collection of discarded plastics and tracking of those plastic through a coin-based subscription. The 1st runners up team of the competition were “Waste 2 Way, their idea was to turning urban liabilities in to asset by decentralizing bio refineries. The 2nd runners up team of the competition were “AgroX” whose idea was building Ai driven technology to power precision driven agricultural solution.

This year the Hult -06 Battle saw participants from various disciplines taking part thus making the competition truly diversified. Students from other private universities also participated in the event.
There were special dignitaries from Green University Bangladesh whose presence inspired the participants and also instilled renewed invigoration to pursue innovative and futuristic scalable business idea. Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. Prof. Dr. Khawza Iftekhar Uddin Ahmed, Dean of the Faculty of Business Studies and Law, Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Chairperson, Department of Business Administration, Dr. Mohammad Delwar Hussain, Director of Student Affairs, Dr. Md. Shariful Alam , along with the faculty members graced the occasion with their unwavering support and guidance.
