Successful Completion of Workshop on Crafting the Strategic Plan and Budget: Aligning with BAC Standards for Green Business School

On October 18, 2025, Green Business School (GBS) successfully hosted a workshop titled "Crafting the Strategic Plan and Budget: Aligning with BAC Standards for Green Business School." The event began promptly at 10:00 AM with a registration session accompanied by refreshments for attendees. Prof. Dr. Mohammed Tareque Aziz, Dean of Green Business School & Law at Green University of Bangladesh, delivered the opening remarks, setting the tone for the day. He highlighted the importance of aligning GBS's strategic direction with BAC standards to maintain the institution's continued excellence.

Following the welcome address, Showkat Ara Khanam, Head of the PSAC at GBS, shared the GBS Strategic Plan 2024-2028. The session encouraged lively discussion, with an interactive Q&A that allowed participants to ask questions and share their views.

A significant part of the workshop focused on alumni feedback, where alumni representatives shared valuable insights and suggestions based on their experiences. This session offered a unique chance to review the GBS progress and pinpoint areas for future improvement. After a short break for lunch and prayer, the workshop resumed with a faculty feedback session. GBS faculty members actively engaged, sharing their thoughts on the implementation process and providing constructive recommendations to ensure the strategic plan is effectively carried out.

The workshop concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks by Mr. Bari, a member of PSAC at GBS, who expressed gratitude to all participants, speakers, and attendees for their contributions to making the event a success.
